Quiche Lorraine – quick, easy and delicious!

This shortcrust pastry recipe was so much nicer than shop bought.

I’m not sure why, but the pastry turned out much wetter than I would have expected for a short crust pastry and cracked when I blind baked it. I’ll try again and see if I can get it right this time..
