In Episode 71, we bring you three of our favourite Thermomix breakfast ideas just in time for Mother’s Day. We are sharing these from The Breakfast Issue of the magazine, which includes exclusive recipes, awesome tried and tested contributor recipes and some of our old favourites.

Recipe 1 – Baked Eggs with Meatballs (from The 4 Blades)
This is absolutely one of our favourite Thermomix breakfast ideas… not cooked in the Thermomix, but made so much easier with a Thermomix! You can make this utilising your favourite flavours – we love olives, chorizo, pine nuts and feta so that’s what we have chosen.
Recipe 2 – Potato Rosti (as part of a bigger recipe, from Tenina)
Making our own Potato Rosti was so cool… and you only need potato, onion, salt and pepper. Beautifully crispy on the outside and mushy on the inside. Delicious! We served ours with haloumi, eggs and pesto which was delicious (we also made ours a monster size!)
Recipe 3 – Potato Fritters (from The 4 Blades)
A simple but tasty Thermomix breakfast idea, this dish was created by Joe and is quite like a potato pancake. It uses steamed potatoes that have been mashed, but still have some ‘bits’ within it for texture.
