In Episode 29, we share with you some of our fast yet fabulous healthy Thermomix meals that we have been preparing to keep us well in the lead up to Christmas. All the recipes this week are gluten-free, dairy-free and have no sugar.

(Post-production note on this one: we left out the apple when we were talking in the podcast! It makes it more delicious!)
Here are a couple of cool tips from this podcast…
- When cutting up shallots: cut them in half, then put those two halves next to each other. Cut those two halves in half. Put the four bits next to each other and cut in half again, repeat until the desired size!
- When cooking dairy-free and wanting to avoid egg sticking to muffin tins, try a silicon muffin tray instead!
