Spring Time Thermomix Juice

Sep 22, 2016

Want to try a Thermomix juice?

In Episode 121 of the podcast: Thermomix juice and smoothies, we investigate the difference between juices and smoothies, and whether you really can make ‘Thermomix juice’.

This juice is based on the Carrot, Cucumber, Mint and Pineapple Smoothie in the Thermomix recipe but adapted for a more juice-like consistency. This is really easy and delicious. This is a great starter for kids trying juice from the Thermomix. This recipe includes the entire fruits and vegetables so no fibre is being wasted. It’s just like eating it all raw.

Description

What better way to start the morning than with a juice? Well… it’s not technically a juice, as it includes all the pulp. This is a good thing though, as you don’t want to miss out on all the glorious fibre! Give this recipe a go and you will be surprised just how juice-like it is. If you like a sweeter juice, you could use fruit juice instead of water.

This recipe was featured on Episode 121 of the podcast: Thermomix Juices and Smoothies.
