- Yield: approx. 2.5 cups
Description
Looking for something other than jam or sorbet to use up your fruit? This simple plum compote is a winner, and makes great use of your fruit! Simply make a batch at the start of the week, allow it to set in the fridge overnight to thicken for a delicious snack that will last the week. Consider adding some of your favourite spices, like cinnamon or allspice, for a little twist. Pair it with the yummy homemade muesli you can make in The Breakfast Issue and the creamy yoghurt from The Healthy New Year Issue.
