Description
A delicious peanut butter dessert ready in only minutes! Serve with cream or chocolate sauce for that extra indulgent dessert!

Ingredients
- sugar – 40g
- self raising flour – 1 Tbsp (*can use GF if required)
- eggs – 2
- peanut butter – 60g
Instructions
- Add the sugar (40g), self raising flour (1 Tbsp), eggs (2) and peanut butter (60g) to the bowl. Mix Speed 5 / 10 seconds.
- Pour into two greased mugs.
- Microwave on medium (approx. 900W) for 1:30-2 minutes. Allow to sit for 2 minutes. Every microwave does vary so you may need to trial this recipe to get the right timing.
