This juice is based on the Carrot, Cucumber, Mint and Pineapple Smoothie in the Thermomix recipe but adapted for a more juice-like consistency. This is really easy and delicious. This is a great starter for kids trying juice from the Thermomix. This recipe includes the entire fruits and vegetables so no fibre is being wasted. It’s just like eating it all raw.

If you want to create a healthy, refreshing and TASTY smoothie in your Thermomix, this one is a winner.
So many Thermomix smoothies have frozen banana, which is fine… but the taste can get a bit same-same.
This Thermomix smoothie is super healthy, it has no bananas (unless you really want to add them) and it’s refreshing and delicious. It’s thick like a smoothie should be without the weight of cream, milk or yoghurt, while giving you a serve of fruit and vegetables.
