Ingredients

  • condensed milk – 395g tin
  • desiccated coconut – 320g
  • almonds – 20, whole
  • chocolate – 400g, dark, broken up into small chunks

Instructions

  1. Add the condensed milk (395g tin) and desiccated coconut (320g) into the bowl. Mix Reverse+Speed 2 / 30 seconds. Transfer contents to a mixing bowl using a spatula.

  4. Once refrigerated, place the chocolate (400g) in the mixer bowl. Chop Speed 9 / 7 seconds. Scrape down sides.
  5. Melt 6 minutes / 37C / Speed 1. If it is not totally melted, repeat for another couple of minutes.
  6. Pour into a mixing bowl that fits the width of the bounties.
  7. Using two forks, coat each bounty with the chocolate and place back on the tray. See images for a visual guide.
