In Episode 25 (Quarter Century!), we meet the incredibly talented Alyce Alexandra from Alyce Alexandra cookbooks! She is now the proud author of three Thermomix cookbooks.
Melbourne-based Alyce starts by taking us through her Thermomix journey – from being a teenager with a Mum who brought Thermomix into the home to experimenting with flavours and creating the recipes we know and love today.
Her new Thermomix cookbook ‘Quick Fix: Every Occasion’ is truly something special. Not only does it have over one hundred recipes which you can rest assured will be perfect first time, but also has three different styles of contents to help utilise all the recipes, sample menus and preparation & storage tips.
We have had ‘Quick Fix: Every Occasion”, her beautiful hardcover Thermomix cookbook, in The 4 Blades kitchen for a couple of months now and to say that it has been well used is an understatement. Here are some of the delicious foods and drinks that we have created in this time:
