Is this freezer friendly?
Thanks
We think so JC! We haven’t frozen it as is but we have frozen it as part of the lasagne and it worked a treat.

Wow!!! I’m not one for commenting anywhere but had to say a big thankyou and ten points for the most amazing and easy recipe I’ve come across in 50yrs. Fabulous consistency, fabulous flavour and OMG 15min from start to finish… a 10 out of 10 product. Many thanks.
That is music to our ears Diana! Thank you so much for taking the time to comment!
Made this last night to include in lasagne, and it was absolutely amazing, and SO easy. Thank you!
So good to hear! Thank you!
Hello does this make enough for the lasagne recipe ?
Absolutely. It makes LOTS!
This is the best bechemel I have ever had!
That’s brilliant to hear Kirralee! So good with lasagne!
Hi there, I am going to use fresh onion. Should I cook it a bit before step 2, or do you think it will cook enough during step 2? Thanks, Erika
I would chop half an onion, scrape down sides and cook in some oil 6 minutes / Varoma / Stirring Speed. Then continue with the recipe. 🙂
That’s great, thanks.
I have only just seen your response, so sorry for the delay.
Thanks again ????
