This Thermomix green smoothie reminds us of an apple pie with beautiful apple and cinnamon flavours. It makes for a delicious start to the day. Like some other Thermomix green smoothies you may have tried, it is packed with spinach and tastes amazing.
Full of whole food ingredients, this would make for a great addition (or replacement) for breakfast or for a mid afternoon ‘pick-me-up’. It makes two big serves or one adult size and two kid size serves.

- almonds – 50g
- water – 250g, cold
- ice cubes – 200g
- spinach – 90g
- banana – 1, frozen
- apple – 1, cored and quartered
- cinnamon – 2 tsp
- Add the almonds (50g) to the bowl. Blitz Speed 9 / 10 seconds.
- Add cold water (250g) and ice (200g) to the bowl. Program 1 minute / Speed 10.
- Add spinach (90g), frozen banana (1), cored and quartered apple (1) and cinnamon (2 tsp) to the bowl. Program 1 minute / Speed 10.
