Are you ready for some Delicious LCHF Dinners?
In Episode 130, we’ve got the super talented Thermo Foodie and The Chef back to learn how to make Delicious LCHF Dinners. This is really a ‘part two’ of our original conversation with Daniela (the foodie) and Michelle (the chef) in Episode 123 where we talk about the building blocks of a low carb, healthy fat (LCHF) way of eating. In this episode we dive into dinners, more specifically ‘Delicious Dinners’ which is the title of their new book.

Daniela and Michelle were kind enough to share:
Chicken Cacciatore with Velvety Cauliflower Puree (from Thermo Foodie and The Chef’s Delicious Dinners Book)
We recently made this for ourselves and it was so quick easy and delicious. At the time we were dog sitting and Bec was able to make this whole meal in the time it took Joe to drop the groceries off and drive over to the next suburb and back to pick up the dog (approx 20-30 minutes). Our two year old LOVED it and it made so much that we were able to re-heat the leftovers for days. It’s a real winner!
We also discussed…
- LCHF basics
- LCHF easy swaps
- How to get support for your LCHF lifestyle through their Facebook group.

I’m now a member of the facebook page and I love how you talked about hubby not being on board, I also have reluctant teenagers,1 who has been told he’s pre diabetic,so this book would help our family so much.
